Firstly, I am so excited (and a tad scared) to announce that the website is live! Go to www.mybravelife.com and have a look.

There is still a lot to do but under advice, I have got it out there.

In this the year 2009 (Happy and Brave New Year to you all) - with the doomsayers all pre-empting a tough year, I compel you to consider two simple ways of approaching the year:

Focus firstly on what you desire - whatever area of life you are choosing. To put your attention on the doom-sayers forecasts is to surely make them come true. What are you going to focus on this year?

If the world does conspire to make 2009 challenging in any or many areas of your life remember Mary's quote and keep your attention on being the best you - no matter what. If negative mindsets and behaviour can create a world that is suffering, imagine what is possible if we all make the choice to focus our attention on the good stuff.

Collective energy is powerful. Try it!

I recently went and saw the movie The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. It was a movie that posed a lot of interesting questions and different ways of seeing life. The most powerful of all (for me), and undoubtedly in line with being truly brave was the above 2 questions.

WOW - start again! I can just hear the minds going off as you read this. "But I have invested so much in my life". "What if I fail"? "What would I do if I had to start again"? "But, I'm too old to start again!"

The way I would ask you to look at this is to consider:

The part of your life you may not be proud of, and then

What would you do right now if you could start again with a clean slate in this particular area?

Be Brave and do it NOW!!!
